This Billing Terms & Conditions policy governs all payment transactions, billing practices, and financial obligations when shopping at VerveBazaar. All billing occurs securely through our checkout system.

 

Billing Address

  • Your billing address must match your payment method

  • Used to verify identity and calculate applicable sales tax

  • Funds are authorized (reserved) at checkout

  • Captured (charged) when order ships (1-2 business days)

  • Prorated refunds for early cancellations

  • 3-day grace period for payment method updates

Refund Billing

Per our Return Policy:

  • Processed to original payment method

  • 5-10 business days to process

  • Partial refunds for shipping fees, discounts, taxes

  • Bank posting: Up to 30 additional days

Fraudulent Billing

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders with mismatched billing/shipping

  • Request ID verification for high-risk transactions

  • Report suspected fraud to authorities and payment networks

International Billing

  • Currency conversion at checkout (USD base)

  • Possible foreign transaction fees from your bank

  • No chargebacks without contacting us first
