Inventory Policy

VerveBazaar strives to maintain accurate inventory information across our online store. This policy explains how we handle stock levels, backorders, and order fulfillment to ensure transparency with our customers.

 

Stock Availability

  • Products showing "In stock" are typically available for immediate fulfillment from our warehouse at 20823 Emerald St, Prairie View, Texas 77484.

  • "Low stock" items (1-5 units) may sell out quickly during high-demand periods.

  • "Out of stock" products are unavailable until restocked

Real-Time Inventory

Our inventory updates in real-time as orders are placed. Multiple customers may add the same item to their cart simultaneously, but only the first to complete checkout receives it. If stock sells out before your order processes:

  • You'll receive an email notification

  • Order automatically cancels for out-of-stock items

  • Full refund issued immediately to original payment method

Backorders

  • VerveBazaar does not accept backorders

  • Out-of-stock items are removed from the site until replenished

  • Add to wishlist or notify me for restock alerts (if available)

Pre-Orders

  • Clearly marked "Pre-order" items ship on specified dates

  • Full payment required upfront

  • Non-refundable once production begins (except per Return Policy)

  • Mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock) ship when pre-order is ready

Order Processing Priority

Orders process first-come, first-served based on checkout completion time:

  1. Payment authorized

  2. Inventory reserved

  3. Order confirmed (within 1-2 business days)

  4. Shipped per Shipping Policy

High-Demand Items

During sales, launches, or promotions:

  • Purchase limits may apply per customer

  • Stock reservations last 15 minutes in cart

  • Multiple orders from same customer may merge or cancel excess

Wholesale/Bulk Orders
