When will my order ship?
Orders process within 1-2 business days from our Texas warehouse. You'll receive tracking via email once shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if not shipped. Email Contact@VerveBazaar.shop immediately with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Before shipment only. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll file a claim and replace/refund.

What's your return policy?
30 days, free return shipping, no restocking fees. All items eligible. See full Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email Contact@VerveBazaar.shop with order number. Receive prepaid label within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?
5-10 business days after we receive/inspect your return. Allow 30 days for bank posting.
